CLEARSKY is pre-launch. The platform is technically live, 33 services running on OVHcloud bare metal in Roubaix, UK/EU jurisdiction, audit log append-only at the database, ECDSA-signed dossier export from cs-core. What it does not have yet is a paying customer roster. Founding Members are the people willing to fund the first commercial year while that roster fills in.
You are not buying a discounted seat. You are backing a UK intelligence consultancy, two months out from commercial launch, with the bet that the platform will ship the things it claims and sign the customers it should. In return you get a permanent seat, a permanent badge on every dossier you sign, and a permanent direct line to the founder.

Equivalent to £49/month, never charged again. As long as CLEARSKY operates, your seat operates. Year 2 onward is pure upside on the £499 you paid.

02 · Direct line to Phoenix
Direct comms with the founder. Feature requests, bug reports, architectural questions, all answered by the person who built the platform. This is uncosted in the £499.

03 · Roadmap priority
Founding Member tickets jump the queue. Your operational instinct shapes CHAPEL fine-tune wave 2 and the connector roster. The platform follows operator feedback.

04 · Founding Member badge
Every dossier you sign carries a Founding Member badge in the signed export. Verifiable forever via the public verifier. Not a marketing flourish, a cryptographic credential.

05 · Public credit (with consent)
Submit an approved video testimonial and your name and organisation appear on the public Founders wall at /founders. Decline and the seat is unchanged. Either way, your decision.

The seat amortises against the Analyst subscription in approximately ten months. Everything past that is upside. Founder access and roadmap priority are not separately costed because they are permanently capped at 25 people.

- You are an investigator, analyst, or operator whose evidence needs to hold up downstream and you are tired of explaining cryptography to recipients.
- You want to back a UK intelligence consultancy with a specific architectural discipline (audit log append-only at the database, doctrine compiled to schema, UK/EU jurisdiction) before it has the social proof of a customer logo wall.
- You will use the direct founder line. The value of the program is half access, half pricing.

- You need a turnkey commercial product with case studies and customer logos. We do not have those yet.

Position
Why 79th Unit built CLEARSKY.
79th Unit Limited evaluated the commercial intelligence platforms in market and found a consistent gap. They capture data. They do not sign their work. When a dossier has to hold up downstream, to a solicitor, an insurer, an auditor, or a court, the credibility chain stops at the analyst's reputation.
CLEARSKY is built around the opposite default. Every dossier carries an ECDSA signature and a public verifier URL. The credibility chain is the architecture, not the analyst's reputation. That is the position the company is funding.
The Founding Member programme funds 79th Unit's first commercial year. The company offers 25 lifetime seats at £499 before the customer roster fills in. Founding Members hold permanent Analyst-tier access, a direct line to the founder, and roadmap priority. The platform follows operator feedback.
When 25 seats are claimed, the programme closes. 79th Unit will not re-open it. Founding Members are permanent.

Informed caveats
What you should know before paying.
Four caveats, written so you do not need to ask for them. None of these are deal-breakers for the people we are looking for, but you should read them before checkout rather than after.

CLEARSKY is pre-launch, not pre-revenue-proven. The platform is technically live and in commercial readiness, but does not yet have a paying customer roster. The £499 should be treated as a one-off cost rather than a deposit: if the commercial year does not land sufficient customers to sustain operations, the platform may close, and per condition 5 no refund is owed in that scenario.

Founding Member is a software license, not a security. One-off lifetime license under English law. Not equity, not a security, not a regulated investment. No dividend, no resale market, no expected financial return. The return on £499 is access, time, and operator influence on the roadmap. If you are looking for a financial instrument, this is not one.

Personal access is tied to the founder. The direct line, roadmap priority, and badge depend on Phoenix Valentino and 79th Unit Limited. If the founder is unavailable or the company changes ownership, the contractual seat survives but the personal-access component may not. The platform itself is built so the operational features (signing, verifier, audit log) are not founder-dependent.

One refund window, defined in advance. The £499 is refunded in full within 7 working days only if 79th Unit Limited rejects your application before seat provisioning (sanctions or KYC fail, fraud, tier-eligibility mismatch). There is no buyer's-remorse refund after seat provisioning. Per CANON: Founding Member is a one-off commitment, not a trial, not a deposit.
Conditions
The fine print, in plain English.

One seat per email. Hard cap of 25 seats, ever. No exceptions for resellers, agencies, or "one for me, one for the company". Seats are non-transferable.

Seats are assigned in payment order. On Stripe payment confirmation, in strict order. A failed checkout never holds a seat. If the program closes mid-checkout, your card is not charged.

Video testimonial is invited, not required. Submit and get approved, you appear on the Founders wall with your video. Decline, your seat is unchanged. Rejection of a testimonial does not affect seat ownership.

Refund on rejection. If 79th Unit Limited rejects your application before provisioning, the £499 is refunded in full within 7 working days. "Rejection" means: sanctions or KYC fail, fraud, tier-eligibility mismatch.

Lifetime = the operational lifetime of CLEARSKY. For as long as the platform operates, with no further charges. If the platform ceases operation, no refund is owed; the £499 has long since been amortised.
Claim a seat
Email below, Stripe checkout next.
Enter your email. We allocate a seat number, redirect you to Stripe for the £499 one-off payment, and email you the Founding Member ID once the webhook confirms. The whole flow takes under a minute. If the program is already closed, you will see that on screen and your card is not charged.
Stripe processes the payment. We do not store card details. VAT is calculated at checkout. By claiming a seat you agree to the Founding Member terms and our privacy notice.
After payment
If you opt in to public credit.

Claim the seat. Stripe completes, webhook fires, you receive a Founding Member ID by email. You can log in and use the Analyst tier immediately.

Record a 60 to 180 second video. Show CLEARSKY in your workflow. Doesn't need to be polished. Content beats production value.

Upload to YouTube, Vimeo, or your own host. Must be publicly viewable or unlisted with link.

Submit through your customer dashboard at /customer. Operator review within 7 days. Approved goes on the Founders wall. Rejected gets feedback. Seat is unaffected either way.
