£499 · one-off · 25 seats ever

Back the platform before there is a roster to point at.

Founding Members are the people willing to put £499 down before there are customer logos. The platform is live in an EU data centre under UK/EU jurisdiction; what it does not have yet is a customer roster. In exchange you get lifetime Analyst access, a direct line to the founder, and roadmap priority. One cohort of 25. When the seats are claimed, the programme closes and there will not be a second round.

  • 01
Lifetime Analyst tier. Equivalent to £49/month, never charged again. As long as CLEARSKY operates, your seat operates. Year 2 onward is pure upside on the £499 you paid.
  • 02
Direct line to the founder. Feature requests, bug reports, architectural questions, answered by the person who built the platform. This is uncosted in the £499.
  • 03
Roadmap priority. Founding Member tickets jump the queue. The platform follows operator feedback.
  • 04
Founding Member badge. Every dossier you sign carries a Founding Member badge in the signed export, verifiable via the public verifier. Not a marketing flourish, a cryptographic credential.
  • 05
Public credit, with consent. Submit an approved video testimonial and your name and organisation appear on the public Founders wall at /founders. Decline and the seat is unchanged. Either way, your decision.

Enter your email. We allocate a seat number, redirect you to Stripe for the £499 one-off payment, and email you the Founding Member ID once the webhook confirms. If the programme is already closed, you will see that on screen and your card is not charged.

Stripe processes the payment. We do not store card details. Any applicable tax is added at checkout. By claiming a seat you agree to the Founding Member terms and our privacy notice.

Conditions

The fine print, in plain English.

  1. 01
One seat per email. Hard cap of 25 seats, ever. No exceptions for resellers, agencies, or "one for me, one for the company". Seats are non-transferable.
  2. 02
Seats are assigned in payment order. On Stripe payment confirmation, in strict order. A failed checkout never holds a seat. If the programme closes mid-checkout, your card is not charged.
  3. 03
Video testimonial is invited, not required. Submit and get approved, you appear on the Founders wall with your video. Decline, your seat is unchanged. Rejection of a testimonial does not affect seat ownership. Submissions go through your customer dashboard at /customer.
  4. 04
Refund on rejection. If 79th Unit Limited rejects your application before provisioning, the £499 is refunded in full within 7 working days. "Rejection" means: sanctions or KYC fail, fraud, tier-eligibility mismatch. There is no buyer's-remorse refund after seat provisioning.
  5. 05
Lifetime = the operational lifetime of CLEARSKY. For as long as the platform operates, with no further charges. Founding Member is a one-off lifetime licence under English law. Not equity, not a security, not a regulated investment. If the platform ceases operation, no refund is owed.
If you are wondering

Will the price ever go up?

For Founding Members, no. You pay £499 once and that is it. If the public Analyst price rises later, your seat and your access do not change.

If you are wondering

What if you go bust?

Pre-launch is risk, and the conditions above say so plainly: if the platform ceases operation, no refund is owed. What survives is your work. Every signed dossier you have already produced remains independently verifiable at verify.clearsky.79thunit.co.uk, with the public keys served at that host's /.well-known/clearsky-verifier-keys.json.

If you are wondering

Why 25?

Because that is roughly how many direct working relationships we can honour properly at once. Beyond 25, the access entitlement stops being honest. We would rather close the door than dilute it.

One round

25 seats. One cohort. No second chance.

25 of 25 seats are still available. When 25 are claimed, the programme closes and the access never re-opens. Decide now or watch from the Founders wall later.
