Cancel anytime. Cancel from the customer dashboard. No refunds for partial months on monthly plans. Yearly plans refunded pro-rata inside the first 30 days. Founding Member is non-refundable after seat provisioning (see Founding Member terms).

VAT. Prices on this page are ex VAT. Stripe Checkout calculates VAT at the rate for your jurisdiction.

No card data on our servers. Stripe processes the payment. CLEARSKY never sees your card number, expiry, or CVC. PCI-DSS Level 1 is on Stripe.

Seat additions. On Team you can move seats between users in the customer dashboard. Hard cap of 5 on Team. Need more? That is Enterprise territory.

Annual prepay discount. Yearly plans are priced at 10x the monthly rate (two months free). No further discount on yearly except via published programmes.

Public sector / nonprofit. Missing persons charities and similar nonprofits can ask about a community-tier arrangement directly via clearsky@79thunit.com. Not advertised because eligibility is case-by-case.

Data jurisdiction. All paid plans are hosted on OVHcloud Roubaix (France, EU). UK GDPR controller is 79th Unit Limited (UK). Not subject to the US CLOUD Act. See security & compliance for the detail your DPO will ask for.
