If you are the subject of an investigation involving CLEARSKY, you do not need to email us. Go to the public subject portal and request a Receipt of Evidence under UK GDPR Article 15. The receipt is built from the same audit log analysts write to, with field-level redaction reasoning. If a redaction looks wrong, lodge an appeal at /subject_portal/appeal.html. Compliance reviews within 14 days. ICO escalation route printed on the appeal page.
